Terms of Use

These terms set the conditions for using the App. Users may use the App only after agreeing to these terms.

Individual rules or notices displayed in the App or on related pages form part of these terms.

Users are responsible for preparing, at their own cost, the devices, network environment, OS, and other equipment necessary to use the App.

The App may not be available in whole or in part due to network conditions, device status, OS changes, or store policy changes.

When using features that involve display names, online battles, or user identification, users must set accurate and appropriate information.

Users must not use display names that impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, or include inappropriate expressions.

Progress, pieces, currency, items, battle records, and other game data in the App are provided for use within the App.

Game data and features may be changed for game balance adjustments, bug fixes, anti-abuse measures, or operational needs.

Users must not engage in unauthorized access, cheating, tampering, analysis, reverse engineering, automated operation, communication interference, or exploitation of bugs.

Harassment, defamation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, and interference with App operations are prohibited.

The App may display advertisements. Advertisers or third parties are responsible for ad content, linked destinations, and products or services provided through ads.

The handling of information related to ad delivery is described in the Privacy Policy.

Rights to programs, images, text, game design, names, and other content included in the App belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.

Users must not copy, repost, distribute, sell, or modify App content beyond the scope of private use.

The App may be changed, suspended, or terminated in whole or in part for operational, technical, or legal reasons.

Important changes will be announced in advance or afterward where reasonably possible, except in emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

The App is provided as is. No warranty is made regarding completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

These terms may be changed as necessary. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to the App will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
